TY visit to 'Fighting Words' workshop

The 4.5 TY communications class took a trip to Dublin this April. We visited the Roddy Doyle writing centre called ‘Fighting Words’.  The students took part in a creative writing workshop facilitated by a small group of writers and post graduate students.
Having worked in a group everyone then had the opportunity to write their own piece and share it with the group.
It was a great experience for all and hopefully will have inspired some budding writers of the future!!
