The Great Irish Bake
On Friday 7th Dec 2012 the Transition Year Food Studies groups & the LCA 1 Hotel Catering and Tourism pupils held a National Great Bake Cake Sale in Carrigaline Community School.
The sale was in aid of the Temple Street Children’s Hospital – a wonderful cause!
The event was organised and coordinated by both Ms L. O’Donoghue & Ms D. O’Keeffe of the Home Economics department and all involved were delighted to raise a grand total of €480 on the day.
None of this would have been possible without the fantastic dedication of all students directly involved and all those who very generously purchased or donated on the day.
