Log On, Learn Classes Underway
Carrigaline Community School T.Y students started their Log On, Learn classes on Monday the 11th of October. They were full of enthusiasm and couldn’t wait to get started.
22 Buddies arrived at C.C.S to be paired up with a person for one on one tuition.
They were introduced to the following:
Parts of the Computer, Microsoft word, Internet and Email. Those with more experience will be able to go beyond this and learn more advanced things such as using Skype and Shopping Online.
Students reported that ‘It was a great experience meeting their buddy on the opening day’, they all agreed that they had a good time on Day 1 of the teaching and all are looking forward to the forthcoming classes.
